1. Giới thiệu về dịch vụ Resona
Resona là nền tảng tạo nội dung âm thanh và podcast bằng AI, cung cấp dịch vụ trả trước: khách hàng thanh toán trước và sử dụng theo gói đã mua.
Khi thực hiện thanh toán cho gói dịch vụ Resona trên website resona.live, khách hàng tự động chấp nhận và đồng ý với toàn bộ điều khoản trong chính sách này.
2. Các gói dịch vụ Resona
Resona cung cấp các gói dịch vụ với nhiều mức giá phù hợp cho từng nhu cầu sử dụng. Quyền lợi của Resona bao gồm:
- Điều chỉnh bảng giá dịch vụ
- Áp dụng các chương trình khuyến mại, giảm giá
- Cung cấp voucher ưu đãi
- Triển khai chính sách đặc biệt cho gói tự động gia hạn
Mọi thay đổi sẽ được thông báo công khai trên website resona.live trước khi áp dụng chính thức. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ sau khi có thông báo thay đổi được hiểu là khách hàng đồng ý với bảng giá mới.
3. Phương thức thanh toán đa dạng
3.1 Các hình thức thanh toán được hỗ trợ
Resona cung cấp 3 phương thức thanh toán tiện lợi:
Cổng thanh toán VNPay
Liên kết với nhiều ngân hàng, hỗ trợ thẻ ATM nội địa và thẻ quốc tế (Visa, Mastercard)
Ví điện tử MoMo
Phổ biến và thuận tiện, thanh toán nhanh chóng qua ứng dụng MoMo
Ví điện tử ZaloPay
Tích hợp hệ sinh thái Zalo, thanh toán tiện lợi
3.2 Giá trị thanh toán tối thiểu
- Theo quy định của đơn vị trung gian thanh toán
4. Tự động gia hạn
Tự động gia hạn là tính năng giúp dịch vụ của bạn không bị gián đoạn khi hết hạn gói cước. Hệ thống sẽ tự động thanh toán và gia hạn gói dịch vụ trước khi hết hạn.
Lợi ích:
- Liên tục: Dịch vụ không bị gián đoạn
- Trải nghiệm tốt: Không ảnh hưởng đến công việc
4.1 Đối tượng áp dụng
Dịch vụ tự động gia hạn chỉ áp dụng cho:
- Gói dịch vụ Resona có kỳ hạn
- Khách hàng có tài khoản liên kết với đơn vị trung gian thanh toán
4.2 Xử lý khi gia hạn thất bại
Nếu gia hạn thất bại, Resona sẽ:
- Gửi email thông báo cho khách hàng
- Thử lại trong vòng 7 ngày
- Nếu vẫn thất bại, dịch vụ sẽ tự động hủy
5. Chính sách hoàn tiền
Resona hỗ trợ hoàn tiền trong các trường hợp sau:
- Lỗi hệ thống: Thanh toán trùng, thanh toán nhiều lần do lỗi kỹ thuật
- Chưa sử dụng dịch vụ: Hoàn tiền 100% trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ ngày thanh toán
- Tự động gia hạn không mong muốn: Hoàn tiền nếu khách hàng yêu cầu hủy
Không hoàn tiền:
- Đã sử dụng dịch vụ (đã tạo nội dung audio, sử dụng credits)
- Yêu cầu hoàn tiền sau 7 ngày kể từ ngày thanh toán
- Vi phạm điều khoản sử dụng
Thời gian xử lý hoàn tiền: 5-10 ngày làm việc. Yêu cầu hoàn tiền gửi qua email contact@resona.live.
6. Bảo mật thanh toán
- Tất cả giao dịch được mã hóa SSL/TLS
- Resona không lưu trữ thông tin thẻ tín dụng của bạn
- Thanh toán được xử lý qua các cổng trung gian uy tín (VNPay, MoMo, ZaloPay)
- Mọi giao dịch đều có xác nhận qua email
7. Đơn vị tiền tệ
Giá dịch vụ được niêm yết bằng Việt Nam Đồng (VND).
8. Hóa đơn
Sau khi thanh toán thành công, bạn sẽ nhận được email xác nhận đơn hàng. Nếu cần hóa đơn VAT, vui lòng liên hệ contact@resona.live kèm thông tin xuất hóa đơn.

2. Resona Service Plans
Resona offers service plans at various price points to suit different needs. Resona reserves the right to:
- Adjust service pricing
- Run promotional campaigns and discounts
- Issue discount vouchers
- Implement special policies for auto-renewal plans
All changes will be publicly announced on resona.live before taking effect. Continued use of the service after a change notification implies acceptance of the new pricing.
3. Payment Methods
3.1 Supported Payment Methods
Resona offers 3 convenient payment methods:
VNPay Gateway
Connected to multiple banks, supports domestic ATM cards and international cards (Visa, Mastercard)
MoMo Wallet
Popular and convenient, quick payment via the MoMo app
ZaloPay Wallet
Integrated with the Zalo ecosystem for convenient payments
3.2 Minimum Payment Amount
- As per the payment intermediary's regulations
4. Auto-Renewal
Auto-renewal ensures your service is not interrupted when your plan expires. The system will automatically process payment and renew your plan before it expires.
Benefits:
- Continuity: Uninterrupted service
- Convenience: No impact on your workflow
4.1 Eligibility
Auto-renewal applies to:
- Resona service plans with a fixed term
- Customers with accounts linked to a payment intermediary
4.2 Failed Renewal Handling
If renewal fails, Resona will:
- Send email notifications to the customer
- Retry within 7 days
- If still unsuccessful, the service will be automatically cancelled
5. Refund Policy
Resona supports refunds in the following cases:
- System errors: Duplicate or multiple payments due to technical issues
- Unused service: 100% refund within 7 days of payment
- Unwanted auto-renewal: Refund if customer requests cancellation
No refund:
- Service has been used (audio content created, credits consumed)
- Refund request made after 7 days from payment date
- Terms of service violations
Refund processing time: 5-10 business days. Refund requests via email to contact@resona.live.
6. Payment Security
- All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS
- Resona does not store your credit card information
- Payments are processed through trusted gateways (VNPay, MoMo, ZaloPay)
- All transactions are confirmed via email
7. Currency
Service prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
8. Invoices
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you need a VAT invoice, please contact contact@resona.live with your billing information.
