Resona tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn. Bạn có quyền yêu cầu xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu cá nhân đã cung cấp cho chúng tôi theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.

Điều 1. Quyền xóa dữ liệu

1.1. Theo Chính sách bảo mật của Resona, bạn có quyền yêu cầu xóa toàn bộ hoặc một phần dữ liệu cá nhân mà chúng tôi đang lưu trữ.

1.2. Quyền xóa dữ liệu bao gồm cả việc rút lại sự đồng ý cho phép Resona xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn.

1.3. Việc xóa dữ liệu có thể dẫn đến việc bạn không thể tiếp tục sử dụng một số hoặc toàn bộ dịch vụ của Resona.

Điều 2. Dữ liệu được thu thập

Khi sử dụng Resona, chúng tôi thu thập các loại dữ liệu sau:

  • Thông tin tài khoản: Họ tên, email, ảnh đại diện (qua đăng nhập Google)
  • Nội dung do bạn tạo: Văn bản, audio, giọng nói AI, podcast
  • Dữ liệu sử dụng: Lịch sử hoạt động, tính năng đã sử dụng, thời gian truy cập
  • Thông tin thiết bị: Loại trình duyệt, hệ điều hành, địa chỉ IP
  • Thông tin thanh toán: Lịch sử giao dịch, gói đăng ký (chúng tôi không lưu trữ thông tin thẻ)

Điều 3. Cách yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu

Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu thông qua các phương thức sau:

3.1. Gửi email:

Gửi email đến contact@resona.live với các thông tin sau:

  • Tiêu đề: "Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu"
  • Email đăng ký tài khoản Resona
  • Họ tên đầy đủ
  • Mô tả chi tiết dữ liệu muốn xóa (toàn bộ hoặc một phần cụ thể)

3.2. Qua trang liên hệ:

Truy cập trang Liên hệ trên website và gửi yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu.

3.3. Gọi điện thoại:

Liên hệ số 0332 024 685 trong giờ làm việc (8:30 - 17:00, Thứ Hai - Thứ Sáu).

Điều 4. Quy trình xử lý

  1. Xác nhận tiếp nhận: Chúng tôi xác nhận yêu cầu của bạn trong vòng 24 giờ làm việc
  2. Xác minh danh tính: Chúng tôi xác minh bạn là chủ tài khoản để đảm bảo an toàn dữ liệu
  3. Xử lý xóa dữ liệu: Dữ liệu được xóa trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ khi xác minh thành công
  4. Xác nhận hoàn tất: Chúng tôi gửi email xác nhận khi quá trình xóa hoàn tất

Điều 5. Dữ liệu sẽ được xóa

Khi yêu cầu xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu, các thông tin sau sẽ được xóa:

  • Thông tin hồ sơ cá nhân (tên, email, ảnh đại diện)
  • Nội dung audio và podcast đã tạo
  • Giọng nói AI đã nhân bản (Voice Clone)
  • Lịch sử sử dụng dịch vụ
  • Cài đặt và tùy chọn tài khoản
  • Dữ liệu hành vi và tương tác

Điều 6. Dữ liệu có thể được giữ lại

Trong một số trường hợp, chúng tôi có thể giữ lại một phần dữ liệu theo quy định pháp luật:

  • Dữ liệu pháp lý: Lịch sử giao dịch thanh toán, hóa đơn - lưu trữ theo quy định kế toán, thuế
  • Bản sao lưu hệ thống: Có thể tồn tại trong hệ thống sao lưu tối đa 90 ngày trước khi được xóa hoàn toàn
  • Dữ liệu ẩn danh: Dữ liệu đã được ẩn danh hóa phục vụ phân tích và cải thiện dịch vụ (không thể liên kết với cá nhân)

Điều 7. Dữ liệu tại bên thứ ba

Nếu bạn đăng nhập Resona qua tài khoản Google, bạn cần thu hồi quyền truy cập riêng biệt:

  • Google: Truy cập myaccount.google.com/permissions để thu hồi quyền truy cập của Resona
  • Cổng thanh toán (VNPay, MoMo, ZaloPay): Liên hệ trực tiếp với nhà cung cấp để yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu giao dịch (nếu cần)

Lưu ý: Việc xóa dữ liệu là không thể hoàn tác. Sau khi xóa, bạn sẽ không thể khôi phục tài khoản, nội dung audio, giọng nói AI hoặc bất kỳ dữ liệu nào khác. Hãy đảm bảo bạn đã tải xuống và sao lưu mọi dữ liệu cần thiết trước khi gửi yêu cầu.

Resona respects your privacy. You have the right to request the deletion of all personal data you have provided to us in accordance with Vietnamese data protection laws.

Article 1. Right to Data Deletion

1.1. Under Resona's Privacy Policy, you have the right to request the deletion of all or part of the personal data we store about you.

1.2. The right to data deletion includes the withdrawal of consent for Resona to process your personal data.

1.3. Data deletion may result in your inability to continue using some or all of Resona's services.

Article 2. Data We Collect

When using Resona, we collect the following types of data:

  • Account information: Name, email, profile picture (via Google sign-in)
  • Content you create: Text, audio, AI voices, podcasts
  • Usage data: Activity history, features used, access times
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address
  • Payment information: Transaction history, subscription plans (we do not store card details)

Article 3. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request data deletion through the following methods:

3.1. Via email:

Send an email to contact@resona.live with the following information:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Email address registered with Resona
  • Full name
  • Detailed description of data to be deleted (all or specific portions)

3.2. Via contact page:

Visit the Contact page on our website and submit a data deletion request.

3.3. Via phone:

Call 0332 024 685 during business hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday).

Article 4. Processing Procedure

  1. Acknowledgment: We confirm receipt of your request within 24 business hours
  2. Identity verification: We verify you are the account owner to ensure data security
  3. Data deletion: Data is deleted within 30 days of successful verification
  4. Completion confirmation: We send an email confirmation when the deletion process is complete

Article 5. Data That Will Be Deleted

When requesting full data deletion, the following will be removed:

  • Personal profile information (name, email, profile picture)
  • Audio and podcast content created
  • Cloned AI voices (Voice Clone)
  • Service usage history
  • Account settings and preferences
  • Behavioral and interaction data

Article 6. Data That May Be Retained

In certain cases, we may retain some data as required by law:

  • Legal data: Payment transaction history, invoices - retained per accounting and tax regulations
  • System backups: May exist in backup systems for up to 90 days before being fully deleted
  • Anonymized data: Data that has been anonymized for analytics and service improvement (cannot be linked to individuals)

Article 7. Third-Party Data

If you signed into Resona via a Google account, you need to revoke access separately:

  • Google: Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions to revoke Resona's access
  • Payment gateways (VNPay, MoMo, ZaloPay): Contact the provider directly to request transaction data deletion (if needed)

Note: Data deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover your account, audio content, AI voices, or any other data. Please ensure you have downloaded and backed up all necessary data before submitting your request.
